Children’s Privacy

Our services are not designed for use by anyone under the age of 16. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). This section explains your CCPA rights and how you can exercise those rights.

Right to Know About Personal Data Collected, Disclosed or Sold

You have the right to request that Taekyung disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses and sells about you. You may make a request up to twice in a 12-month period. To submit a request, please contact us as indicated in the Contact Us section above and specify that you are making a “CCPA Right to Know Request.” We will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Please note we do not collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.

Right to Request Deletion of Personal Data

You have the right to request that Taekyung delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exemptions under applicable law. To submit a request, please contact us as indicated above and specify that you are making a “CCPA Right to Delete Request.” We will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Please note that in some cases we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to maintain the security and integrity of our systems, or to complete transactions you began prior to requesting deletion. There may also be residual information that will remain in our records, which will not be removed.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information. However, if you would like to receive less targeted advertising in the future, you may manage your cookie preferences as described in the Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising section above.

Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment from Taekyung for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your CCPA rights. However, we may offer differing prices, rates or quality of goods or services based on non-personal information.

Additional Disclosures for Nevada Residents

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data. You can exercise this right by contacting us at the address above and providing us with your name. We do not currently sell your Personal Data as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
