- All Products are shipped Ex Works our facility in Seoul, South Korea. You are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties and fees, taxes, and related compliance.
- Title and risk of loss passes to you when Products are delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Order. We will happily accept returns or exchanges for unused Products in original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, Products must be in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the Product appears worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you insure all return shipments in case of loss or damage. We cannot issue refunds for Products damaged or lost during return shipment.
- Once we inspect your return and confirm it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency used at the time of purchase. Foreign exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and return may result in differed refund amounts.
- We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for any reason not covered by our return policy. This includes:
- Returns initiated more than 14 days after Product delivery
- Returns without complete original packaging and contents
- Returns of Products marked as non-refundable
- Returns of Products that were used or damaged after delivery
